How do I connect my Meta or Google account?
Go to Integrations → Connect and follow the OAuth flow. Make sure to grant publishing and insights permissions for ad management and analytics.
How do credits work?
Credits are consumed when you generate AI images/captions or run certain campaign actions. Check Billing → Credits for details and usage logs.
Can I schedule posts?
Yes — when you create a post, pick a scheduled time before publishing. Scheduling uses your connected Page/Account tokens.
What if my ad is rejected by Meta/Google?
Ad rejections are due to platform policies. We show the rejection reason in Ads → Diagnostics. You can edit and resubmit from the same panel.
How do I request a refund?
Email info@skalxai.app with your registered email, payment ID, and reason. Refunds for unused credits must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
